    Senior Leadership is in over their heads and running the business into the ground.

    Advice to Management

    Once you enable your Senior Leaders to do the jobs they were hired to do, you will begin to see progress, gain momentum, and succeed. Until then, this is the most toxic, ineffective Company I have ever worked for. All major decisions within the company must go through the C Suite and they have created a bottleneck that disengages Employees and leaves them unable to perform their jobs. HR is completely out of touch...
