    I worked at MDA

    Pros

    Many of the people are great and the work is very interesting. Under the right manager there is a good work/life balance. Benefits are average.

    Cons

    Management sets the tone and it is not always a good one. Tends to be inconsistent and temperamental. Treatment of employees is sometimes sub par which leads to not feeling valued.

    Advice to Management

    Remember that your employees are an important key to the success of the business. Treat them with respect and they will serve you well.
