      METSCO was a great company to work for. I was able to develop my skills while still creating long lasting connections. -Top management and co-workers are very supportive and approachable. -Flexible timing - Career growth

      The environment is free to work in Not overcrowded and juniors can seek helo from senior employees or the director for work Onsite visits

      No overtime payment. No training fund or welfare

      Usually employed as a contractor. No feedback loop to METSCO. METSCO doesn't know how you're doing at your project if its an external contractor
