As in probably most large corporations, there is substantial inertia to overcome when new processes or ideas are introduced, but there are a lot of initiatives and support to improve things, so overall I feel optimistic.
Cons
Difficult to find specific information - with so many departments and interdependencies, we need a better way to search for every day info.
