MGM is a very encouraging and forward-thinking company - which is more than a lot of companies can say. They handle all business with care and consideration and put their employees first. There is always an opportunity to continue learning and improving your work through seminars and other resources provided by MGM.

Cons

Depending on what department you're in and what the dynamic is, there isn't much room for growth. Some of the employee food courts could be improved a bit too.
