I worked at MGM Resorts International full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Working with a large talent pool and vast creative resources was very exciting.

Cons

Unfortunately, it's a typical corporate environment with back stabbing and many who try to get others to do their work for them.

Advice to Management

Coach the people who work for you.

I worked at MGM Resorts International full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

MGM grand has great benefits. I was able to eat at most of the restaurants for free. The health and vision benefits are above average. I really enjoyed the people I worked with. The employee of the month programs are incredible.

    Cons

It is very Hard to advance in the mgm grand hotel.. You must "know" someone to get a manager position. The point system for attendance is not cool

    Advice to Management

    Do more mentoring
