Pros

The company values are good in theory, but depending on the individual managers and supervisors, the way employees are treated varies greatly. The training is there but, as is the case in many companies, the supervisors/managers can make the RULES more important than the PEOPLE. Some are caring while implementing the rules, some are not. The benefits are great as well as the 'paid time off (PTO) system. You can still have a life while working for this company. Overall it's an excellent company to work for!

Advancement is possible but not as outwardly or noticeably encouraged as I feel it should be.
