I worked at MHM Services (More than 3 years)

Pros

5 weeks of paid time off during first year of employment. Pay is decent for healthcare professionals and management is always willing to work with you if your schedule mandates a change.

Cons

Pay is low for the administrative staff and there is very little room for advancement. Additionally the healthcare benefits are not very good either.

    Many opportunities to learn new skills.

    Sometimes the lower level employees do not receive the compensations comparable to the higher level employees.

    Take care of your support staff and administrative assistants.

    I worked at MHM Services full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    5 and 1/2 weeks of vacation time that is accrued over the first year of employment.
    Clinical Staff makes fairly decent wages.

    Cons

    They do not compensate their Administrative Staff well at all. When these differences are recognized the Administrative Staff uses the time off to seek more lucrative employment.

    Advice to Management

    Show your Administrative Staff more appreciation by steady and planned pay raises. This way you have a lot less resignations and job abandonment situations.
