    MHN's mission is admirable but it is lost in its processes.

    Cons

    Horrid management - recycles the same players in different roles - suffers from group think.

    Advice to Management

    Shake it up - bring in or promote those that add diversity of thought.

    I have been working at MHN full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    Process improvement is encouraged and supported if you can get the IT resources allocated. Depts tend to work together.

    Cons

    IT is outsourced. Managers have no visibility or authority in IT workflow and prioritization.

    Advice to Management

    Lots of long term employees. Very knowledgeable. Culture is very important to them.
