    Pros

I absolutely loved working with my team and my manager. Stellar, supportive, and competent people (for the most part). Felt like I could trust the lot of them.

    Cons

The company was experiencing some growing pains when I was there and the culture/organization changes were a bit rough, especially on those who had been there when it had more of a small-company, startup-esque vibe. Furthermore, I may have lucked out re: my manager, as I've heard that my experience was not universal.

I worked at MINDBODY full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I enjoyed my time at MINDBODY. I learned from some great leaders and worked with fun coworkers. There were many changes that helped our team, including bringing in new leadership. Now, that I no longer work at MINDBODY, I appreciate some of the benefits we were offered, especially regarding wellness.

    Cons

Change is constant at MINDBODY. The environment flip flops between the nimbleness of a start up and the red tape of a much larger corporation. MINDBODY is somewhere in between, so these extremes do cause some frustration. If you can be flexible and adapt to change, you will do fine as an employee.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your teams and be more decisive when making decisions.
