    Pros

    Great energy motivating employees with a common goal driving everyone in the same direction . It is a job where you can expect to work hard but will be on the cutting edge of Cannabis Tech for your efforts. Easily some of the best people I have ever worked with and a administrative staff I wholeheartedly believe in.

    Cons

    As the company expands with new product offerings and opportunities, employees share more responsibilities. There is a learning curve with each requiring a commitment to learning.

    Pros

    Communication, mentorship, and a great team are all great aspects about working here. Personally, my favorite thing is the flexibility- I really appreciate knowing that I can take a midday appointment or pick up my kid from school when I need to. The unlimited PTO is also a huge plus.

    Cons

    It’s a quickly growing company, so naturally that comes with some growing pains. But on the same note, leadership has really put in the work to make sure things go smoother with each “growth spurt” we have.

    Challenging Work - Little Opportunity

    Pros

    - A lot of remote work possibilities - Pay was decent for entry level - Small opportunities to Collab with devs to learn how to troubleshoot.

    Cons

    - Small management group so no room to advance - Teams did not communicate well so things would change and support didn't know. - Sales over promising software performance and ability to customers making support calls automatically need to be deescalated. - Stuff always breaking flooding support with tickets, work and angry customers to handle.
