      mml PR has incredible clients and if you're willing to work hard you can move up very quickly. entrepreneurial/start-up feel to the company in a lot of ways, yet you're also working with big beauty conglomerates, giving you the best of both. team members are given exposure to job responsibilities beyond their title to allow for growth.

      Cons

      Ebbs and flows in workloads. There are busy time periods that require long hours and later nights.

      Pros

      They have great brands, some of which have been clients of theirs for years, and the team is highly organized/process-oriented which is great. Salaries are great for PR agency standards.

      Cons

      More corporate vibes than you would expect for a boutique PR agency. Very much want you to fit a certain mold
