      Pros

      Drama-free office - people get along. Management very fair, respectful of personal life. Beautiful facility. Excellent programming, an important part of the community. Excellent benefits, if you are full-time.

      Cons

      Small staff means everyone gets to try a lot but growth potential is limited. Pay is somewhat low compared to similar organizations. Many jobs are part-time.

      Cares about all employees and makes strides to ensure everyone is happy to be at work

      Low starting hourly pay, but understandable for this line of work.

      Not mentally hard nor too physically demanding

      Cons

      Poor management, long hours, short breaks, not allowed a water bottle on your person in the galleries, mind numbing, lots of standing and doing nothing.
