They treat their MNsure Brokers well. Moreover, MNsure treats their employees great they always provide awesome training we can add for our continuing education and they keep us busy. The business is great! I love MNsure. I salute this great organization, and all they do to help others to stay healthy and safe to obtain affordable and suitable healthcare plans.

You are a State employee! Great heatlh and pension bens and you can move to other agencies easier.

As a temp you are barely a warm body and they will cut you lose as soon as open enrollment is over. In the interview they do not tell you "there is no chance we are keeping you". They pay less than same titles in other agencies. I felt like my vast experience had no value. I did not meet one person that any relevant or significant experience in MA, Minnesota Care, health care or insurance......and they treated me like I was clueless. I recently re-interviewed. It went well but the rejection email came before I could even return the initial paperwork. Don't call me if you have someone else in mind.
