      Pros

      Mission, super smart people. exciting to be a part of a startup! Work from home option.

      Cons

      Lack of transparency. Doesn't help with Covid going on either (weekly town halls help though) It's a startup, so there is a level of risk. You have to know what you're signing up for...for example, many people just got laid off. You won't have the security that you'll get from larger companies.

      Pros

      Great mission driven organization with huge potential for growth. Important to me that they enable international students to attend school in the US and Canada which is life changing for many of the students. People are really nice, everyone is focused on growing the company. A lot of opportunity for people willing to jump in at a startup.

      Cons

      Can be very busy. They could have more socializing events.

      Good opportunity to learn how the lending business works.

      Cons

      Management is not pro active.
