Pros

There are no good things about this company!

Awful management with no management skills! Treat staff like dirt on a shoe! No staff moral everyone is in fear of being sacked! Staff have wagers on who is getting sacked next! Stay away from this firm!

    Pros

Ive hope that Market Resource Partners can change

    Cons

Market Resource Partners will screw you over on your bonuses at every opportunity 'penalizing' you for things you didnt know about. By far the shiftiest sales company I’ve ever worked for. You don’t see what your pay is and what they’ve decided to deduct until its too late and theres no point arguing .

    Advice to Management

Wheres all positive the changes you were talking about last year? Do you care that most of your employees hate working at mrp, that middle managers are leaving left, right and centre? that youre staff turnover is a literal joke among your staff?

I have been working at MRP full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Fellow Account Execs are cool and can help break up a dull job

    Cons

Morale across the company is ridiculously low. Constantly being asked for more while reducing bonuses and incentives.

For anyone looking to join this company and is tempted by the thought of monthly incentives such as electrical good, holidays, free lunches etc, this is a LIE. They're still advertising these benefits but the holidays all go to team leaders, not AEs, Electrical good? Nope, doesn't happen. Free lunches? Well, they do happen from time to time but max of $5 a month wil be spent on you if you happen to win it. Stay away.

    Advice to Management

Read a book on sales managesment techniques.
