Pros
I worked at MRY for a very long time, so i saw it go from an amazing, funky startup to a corporate, desperate social shop. I state that because the Pros are mostly from the early years working here. I will say that culture has always been a focus, but lately, instead of being about camaraderie and group activities, its centered around a beer fridge and drinking. If drinking is your thing, and you want to drink at work...here you go.
Cons
There is no growth opportunities at MRY anymore. They are no longer loyal to employees ever since they got their 3rd CEO, and it is an 'every man for himself' atmosphere. Management is a mess, and no one can give you answers about the future of the company. Its a restless, nervous working environment. Lack of a true HR department made it difficult to have someone to turn to when things felt off. Long hours, unrealistic deadlines and lack of leadership got old fast. Every pitch felt like it was a 'make or break' for the company finances. Egos. NOTE: The CEO listed below is not the current CEO. Any ratings should not be associate with Matt Britton since he left the company years ago.
