    Pros

Some very very clever people to work with and learn from. Relaxed environment and casual dress.

    Cons

Has become stale and slow to change. too many layers of management and too much politics

    Advice to Management

Listen to your staff. Listen to their ideas and maybe fire the right people instead of cronyism when it comes to layoffs

I have been working at MSN part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Benefits, flexible working, career opps, networking, modern office (Victoria), connections, accountability, treated like an adult

    Cons

High expectations often leads to long hours and the expectation that you are always "on"

    Advice to Management

More females at the top of the chain, make it easier for flexible working post-maternity leave, cut back on internal processes and overlap
