    Pros

Easy hiring process, You are pretty much guaranteed a job if you apply and have a drivers license.

    Cons

Very High turnaround rate, Managerial Staff treat others poorly, Force drivers to sign meal waivers, Benefits package cost equals a whole paycheck, Long hours and no appreciation, low morale, Little to no training for office employees, Inadequate mechanical equipment leaking freon into air, Procedures change on a monthly basis, Bus routes do not have enough time for a bathroom break, much less a meal break, Lack of professionalism in all aspects.

    Advice to Management

If you spend a little bit of money to train people correctly and pay people who are qualified to do the job then the business will run better.
