Management is clueless, petty, and useless. The positive reviews here are very obviously written by management because there is no way anyone can give this call center 5 stars. Information is impossible to find, the people on help desk give wrong information and attitude. Every month there's massive floods of calls because the company cannot send bills on time. The systems are slow and terrible. They make system and website changes on high call days without checking to make sure they work prior. For employee appreciation day we got an email saying thanks we appreciate you so take some of the pto we give you and enjoy, there is zero time available to take off without having to have a supervisor override for their discretion and they openly say we do not have to even approve you we are Making an exception for any days they feel like giving you. Ask why the turnover is so high if it's so wonderful.
