Delayed payments disrupt our lives and show a lack of respect for the workforce. 2. Unreasonable Deadlines: The deadlines set by the management are often unrealistic and unattainable. This creates a high-pressure environment where employees are constantly stressed, trying to meet impossible targets. 3. Excessive Working Hours: Despite the late salary payments, employees are still expected to work late hours. This not only affects our work-life balance but also our mental and physical health.
