      * My team are all great to work with * Feedback and career progression is a big part of the company culture * Emphasis on keeping a good mental state and there are support processes for those who are struggling

      * Restructures happen almost quarterly at this rate and it's unclear what the goals really are * Remuneration could be a whole lot better for front-line support agents
