No cons unless the individual looking for a job considers days off as the best part of the work--you have to be into what you do or you shouldn't work at MZB.

    Advice to Management

Thanks for years of opportunity to contribute to the company's initiatives and growth.

    Pros

Lots of paid time off, independence, structure, management open door policy. Your peers are a group of professionals and great human beings.

    Cons

This is a con that leads to your own growth. It is a tough environment, but if you have the drive, you will succeed. This is not a 9 to 5 experience, only those who take their role seriously and have passion for what they do will do well here.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!
