I have been working at Macmillan Education full-time

    Pros

No expectation to work more than 9-5, not high workload, in Sales good potential commissions

    Cons

Illogical global KPI's, the organisation is constantly changing and unstable, poor basic salary, your commission depends as much on local market conditions as your own efforts. No visible career progression.

    Advice to Management

better communication to employees of what is going on.
