I have been working at Macon County Samaritan Memorial Hospital full-time

    Pros

None. Worked there for too long and was fired based on falsified records fabricated by my manager.

    Cons

Disorganized, racist, unethical. Fired while 7 months pregnant for patient complaints they claimed happened on a day I wasn't even working.

    Advice to Management

Read a book and learn about the world. People come in all colors and creeds.

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Macon County Samaritan Memorial Hospital

    Pros

If you keep your head down and do more than what is expected you might have a reasonable chance of keeping your job.

    Cons

Our insurance is a joke. It might be time to move to Canada. Over time is frowned on unless you have special permission

    Advice to Management

Try to listen to your employees. Don't look at experienced help as a drain by replacing them with younger less experienced employees just because you feel it will safe you money.
