    Pros

great benefits, they have great pay, and flexible hours. there's also chance of promotion when you've worked there long enough

    Cons

they change your hours, and when your on call they can call you at any time and you have to show up

    Advice to Management

your doing a good job, keep adapting to your environment. and when something s out of season, don't bring it back

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

For Entry Level the pay is alright.
Loved everyone I worked with non-management.
Clothing Discount is good especially when there is a big sale.

    Cons

*Management is horrible they only talk to you when giving criticism.
*Managers watch EVERYTHING and report EVERYTHING back to HR.
the Scorecards and Sales Goals are very unrealistic. Ex. " Sell $1200.00 of clothes on a Wednesday night when your shift is 6:00pm to 9:45pm and recover and do closing duties".
*The most IMPORTANT thing working for Macy's is "Loyalties" or better known as opening a macy's credit card. If you don't succeed in opening two a week they will let you go.

    Advice to Management

    Be Fair.
