    Pros

    Work life balance. Pay is good for the competitive landscape. Moving to a brand new office in 2020. Easy to move cross functional and up the ladder. Lots of exposure to senior management.

    Cons

    Large company—can be hard to drive changes quickly.

    401k matching, decent salary, great people, challenging work.

    Cons

    Salary managers can work upwards of 100 hours a week if there’s a visit. High level executives play favorites when it comes to promotions. Hourly colleagues do not get good pay.
