    Pros

Management is great! I had the best DM anyone could ask for. We had a happy, positive and motivating culture. You get a 20% off employee discount even on top of sale items. You earn PTO and Sick Pay. My DM knew the value of work life balance and made sure we would have that, even though the brand we worked for expected us to work while we were off or on PTO. Honestly had it not been for my amazing DM I wouldn’t have worked as long as I did with the low pay and huge workload. I enjoyed going to work everyday for my team and the joy I was able to bring to customers I assisted made my day every time!

    Cons

Pay is really low. I’ve seen people with great work ethics that we’re passionate about their job not getting the right pay they deserve, and the ones that just come in for the sake of a job get paid higher. For the amount of responsibility that a Coordinator has for a Luxury beauty brand, the pay should be higher. Same goes to the counter mngrs. Sometimes there are some crazy long hours depending on the promos and the time of season. Compared to other department stores they open earlier and close later. They’re really lenient on people that call out, don’t make their sales goal, and perform as well. Sure they have that talk with those employees but they don’t let them go. Which is not fair to the ones on their team having to pick up their slack.
