    Pros

If you like to help people and are outgoing this is a good place.

    Cons

Must be a self starter and be okay to travel the area.

    Advice to Management

The company has great benifits and communicates well. A "family" company.

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

The name on your resume is a great resume builder. If you stay in your position minimally for a year, your networking opportunies will grow tremendously.

    Cons

disconnect from madd national and local office. People get fired left and right, partially a leadership problem and hiring idiots in the first place. On some days, I would have described my work environment as hostile.

    Advice to Management

Pay your employees a living wage. $30k/year for an educated employee is unacceptable. Additionally, when working 60 hour weeks before events, consider some flex time the next week.
