      Love to promote from within the company and create roles for talented people. Best company culture and work ethic of any company I've worked for. People are always willing to explain or help in a situation and there's a great sense of accountability and camaraderie

      Pros

      People care about their work and about each other from top to bottom. There's a passion for delivering and, while no company is perfect, Madgex strives/succeeds to be a great employer. It shows in the way their staff are treated and the approach to employee engagement. Would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone who wants to work for a dynamic tech company.
