Madison utilizes software to roll out designed programs, and not the other way around which has resulted with a 98% client retention rate. Solid leadership team in place with a strategic vision of what the company is and can become. Compensation is above other companies they compete with in the space, and if you do well can make alot of money.
Cons
For a company with about 125 employees, not everyone knows everyone. Working remotely you find yourself working in a small silo without company interaction on a day to day basis. Also, the HR team is very weak, and benefits are awful. Terrible offerings for Medical, Dental and 401K. Surprising since the company is all about employee engagement.
