Pros

The people are friendly, the benefits were good. The food was good in the cafeteria. The work life balance was very good. Nice facility.

Cons

Truly a political nightmare, thus the reason for the turnover of the staff. In my career I have moved several data centers, after a new business was acquired. Newer hardware and virtualization techniques would have greatly assisted the 2009 purchase & migration of 8 year old hardware from Covnetry.

Advice to Management

The purchase of Coventry just did not make economic sense. If I was a stock holder the large up front investment would not justify the small ROI.

    Pros

good pay after some seniority is achieved, vacation time accrual is good, great co-workers, benefits good but costly, did enjoy some aspects of my job

    Cons

they have no respect for the work employees do, the caseloads are unmanagable, they do not hear any good feedback you have despite being around for some time, they address thert consumers mental health needs but do not care at all about their employee's who need care, they have a great website about stress managment, taking care of you needs, mental wellness but don't really understand mwntal wellness of their employees in the least, they have denied disability for mental health issues of employees and they are a mental health coorporation, they also do not understand when an emplooyee is having problems despite being a mental health company, oxymoron isn't it.

    Advice to Management

understand the needs of employees, understand the job is extensively stressful and managment does nothing to change that, decrease the caseloads, doing 2 peoples job saves you money but costs you good dedicated employees, hire people for empty position in an expedited fashion- sometines it takes 3 months to finally get the approval to hire someone and another 3 month to interview them and another 2 month to train them- save the company 6 months of someones salary but burns the good employees you have out., practice what you preach when it comes to employees mental health needs they need it as much as your consumers
