I have been working at Magna International full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Friendly people. Decent benefits. Pay seems reasonable.

    Cons

Lot's of people are overworked. Everything is a "fire" and there isn't a lot of true direction on projects due to engineers that have no management experience being promoted to management.
The few bad apples are hard to get rid of.
The company touts "Respect for People" however, the President is the worst offender. Hard to find it more than a joke.

    Advice to Management

Get a degree in management...you're a manager after all.
