incompetent management and abhorent company "rules" - .NET Developer Magnatec Systems Employee Review

The project managers are man-childs with absolute no regard to team management and task division. They are least interested in helping new people get settled in the company and have a very aggressive and abusive attitude towards their team. The company rules are borderline abuse. They demand you give them a cheque of your months salary with them as "security" and the notice period they give is also for one month (while they themselves when calling you for a job would require you to join immediately giving you no room to give notice to your previous employer). The entire HR department has zero people skills. When asked a question, they feel so burdened to answer you and treat you like you wasted their time.
