I worked at Major League Baseball as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great ambiance, very very very laid back group of employees. Upper management are some of the cooler people I have ever met.

    Cons

They pay to interns is really bad. Being such a WELL OFF company, they could afford giving up some more money to their interns. Interns get paid through stipend.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work and the great atmosphere that makes you want to go to work everyday. Focus more on team work and stay COOL!

I have been working at Major League Baseball as an intern

    Pros

    Great to be around sports.
    Good exposure to senior management.
Some good benefits such as games, gear...
    9-5 hours

    Cons

Hard to get hired out of the internship due to large size of program. Would make sense to gear the program towards sophomores/ juniors.
Too laid back not much pressure (which could be a good thing for some people).
Low pay for a paid internship.

    Advice to Management

Either lower the amount of interns or gear it towards younger students. Seniors would typically like to receive an offer for their efforts if a good employee.
