      Pros

      I have a wonderful boss who is caring and great to work for! I have the flexibility to work remotely. My boss is not a micro manager. I am trusted to do my job and am appreciated for what I bring to the table. I am encouraged to learn more and given tools for growth within the company. I love working for a company that has good values and morals which is reflected in the way they treat all employees as well as the organizations they work with for charity and donations.

      Cons

      Small company without some benefits that a larger company may have, but small companies have other pros that are worthwhile.

      Pros

      Management that values your opinion and your contributions to the organization. Management that does not micro-manage your every move. Management that understands and supports work/life balance. Remote work for most.

      There are no cons to working here. Employees are treated with respect and are not micro-managed. Expectations are always within reason.
