Would never work with them. Really unprofessional.

Nothing as I say about this

No job ethics and no job security they wont even respect their employees even after leaving the company and they will involve in personal matters too and they will make it as a advantage no in time salary and also they will try to manipulate and encourage but at the same time they will make use of you and get all your personal ideas and without intimation they will terminate the employees with silly reasons and the reviews which you see in google are also fake they force employees to make a 5 star ratings and no proper feedbacks from the managers or from the clients but EOD they fire small employees. They wont even care that you have a family to feed before terminating from next time please understand the employees situation but don't just say that yours is the only company as you say even we also have many companies who are paying bigger salaries and even if anyone wants to join in this make sure you have a Ph.D. as the management expectations are also the same has high level and within 2 days they will decide to fire you or not.
