Pros
-Work from home or in office option is great -Work is not too demanding or difficult -Friendly coworkers -Relatively clear instructions on what to do -Decent vacation time to start
Cons
-Low pay to start and slow pay advances that don't keep up with the economy -Pay and advancement based on number of years worked only -Bonuses were changed into 401K savings when I'd prefer them to be payouts
