No support from the corporate office and no one there is to be trusted. Likewise with HR. Training is very limited except for ASE, and that’s only to meet the customer's requirements. Otherwise, training is exclusively on the job. Constantly changing SOP's and guidelines that are not consistently enforced or adhered to.
