    Pros

One reason you may want to work here is the possibility to make it up the career ladder if you play your cards well with the right people. If you have strong communication skills, know how to deal with diverse co-workers, outgoing, self-confident and knowledgeable of the cultural diversities within the company, go for it. It will surely be an interesting experience and it will offer you the possibility to broaden your network in this particular industry.

    Cons

Co-workers are generally cooperative but sometimes they just let go because of the general lack of leadership at the managerial levels.Everyone tries to work at its best, but very often, because you do not get answers, direction, instructions, you just let go. This can be quite frustrating and it really undermines your motivation. The ongoing tough downsizing measures have their effect on the general mood and interactions between staff members. You will no longer see stylish offices with design furniture. Very likely you will bump into cartons piled up in empty offices r corridors which once used to display beautiful pieces of Italian design. If you knew Mandarina in the past, do not expect to find the same environment otherwise you will be disappointed.

    Advice to Management

The only advice I can give to management is to have a leadership for the company. The staff and the partners have to feel that there is a ship captain who has a set destination and is taking the ship there.
Currently, it is just a milking cow for many. Too bad the cow is not being fed and it will not produce milk forever.
