Pros

Very rewarding job with clients who are truly amazing individuals. Different and changing experience everyday.

Cons

Poor leadership among higher level management. Difficult to relay ideas past them because they are at times very disorganized and scatterbrained.

Advice to Management

Understand that the best ideas on how to serve the clients comes from those who are working with the individuals on a daily bases. Understand that time out of your office with the clients a bit more can make a world of difference in your service.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Lots of apparent freedom to envision, initiate, manage and evaluate growth. Plenty of freedom to create alliances and friendor relationships...as well as lead the personal aspect of managing a 200 person staff.

    Cons

Far too much micro management on the issues of HR, Budgeting, Marketing and Administration. Substantial systemic and process oriented structure and style from the administrative center. Had extreme difficulty seeing the near future of the services provided to over 4000 clientele.

    Advice to Management

Determine if it can happen, and if so, how to decentralized functions like HR, Marketing, IT, and Admin. Invest time AND resources into organizations that can provide assistance with external initiatives that threaten the stability of the company, and the field.
