    Proffesionalism
    Changing Experiences by having assignments to different companies.
    A good opportunity to build contacts through different companies to get a good starting point for future job opportunities.

    Cons

    Few possibilities for personal education through internal courses and such.
    Instead of doing follow up after assigment rushed out on a new without any breathing room.

    Instead of rushing out on new assignment when one has ended could try to educate through internal courses and such.

    Flexible, fair compensation as a student, variety of jobs

    Cons

    high turn-over of recruiters made it hard to build a relationship, high-pressure sales environment with very little emphasis on career building for temps. Most staffers were underinvested and highly apathetic during projects

    Advice to Management

    More emphasis on the relationships with staffers, less on volume of staffers on register.
