I have been working at Manpower full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I'm a sales executive for Manpower and this organization is amazing! The sales and service teams work closely together which is extremely critical in a service based company and our communication is nothing less than crystal clear. The base pay is STRONG for experienced hunters and the uncapped residual commissions will keep any SE "energized" like the Energizer Bunny! The work-life balance is awesome and we have great senior sales leaders that will continue to make Manpower #1. I've worked a lot of places and sold for several companies and I'm really happy to say that - I am HAPPY!

Very strong sales training and the company believes in investing in the tools to help SE's win business.

    Cons

I don't have any cons to report.

    Advice to Management

I haven't been with Manpower long enough to give upper management advice but from my 4 months of experience with Manpower I'd suggest that you keep doing what you're doing because I'm happy and have never felt so darn good about getting up for work everyday!

I worked at Manpower part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The pay was decent for the type of work (mostly office).

    Cons

Sometimes my schedule would shift from days to nights, then back to days. Hard to adjust and sometimes very short notice.
