I worked at Manpower full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

For income it beats no job at all.
For any other reason, not so much!

Cons

No matter how many years you stay there your wages will never be better than entry level let alone keep up with inflation.
The work is dull, tedious, unchallenging and thankless.
Nothinng is more depressing than arriving at work before dawn.

Advice to Management

Geodis should dump Manpower and directly hire all subcontractors at wages that split the difference between what Manpower charges and what associates are paid.

Manpower should pay any associate who has been with the same assignment for more than two years 90% of what the customer is charged.

I have been working at Manpower full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Company pushes for the "feel good" experience, encouraging passion and community mindedness. Decent salary, good benefits, great vacation. Truly, exceptional people working for this company at the branch level.

    Cons

In the midst of a massive restructure, nobody at the branch level knows what the heck is going on. Commission structure is inadequate.

    Advice to Management

Recognize the dedication and devotion of your employees., and maybe return some.
