I have been working at Manpower full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

As a big company with a global footprint, there are potentially many opportunities to find an appropriate placement as a tech contractor.

    Cons

They make unilateral decisions w/o prior feedback affecting employees. After taking over a smaller company, they took away the benefits that were the reasons that many chose the original company over Manpower or its competitors.

    Advice to Management

Be more flexible with benefits. You may find that retention of talent pays-off over time rather than cutting costs short term.
