I have been working at Manpower full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Clients themselves are terrific but......

    Cons

Employees are treated poorly by company itself. No yearly reviews or salary raises. Cut hours many years ago, won't return to previous schedule. Benefits way too expensive for number of Manpower employees.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees with respect and reward frequently. Employees are the face of the company. If they're unhappy, client will be unhappy.

I worked at Manpower full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Globally recognized as a top staffing company.

    Cons

They work you hard to sell, sell, sell and the people at corporate are completely disconnected from branch offices in the United States. They especially do not consider small towns to be any different than big cities and they expect the same results.

Also, low wages/benefits for staffing specialists who make up the majority up the company.
