I have been working at Manulife full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Manulife offers great workplace flexibility, leadership support, very thoughtful change processes. My team is great to collaborate with and I appreciate all of the opportunity to undertake ad hoc stretch assignments and growth opportunities!

Cons

It can be difficult to address concerns and gain support from management due to the large span of control. Sometimes it is not possible to have concerns addressed quickly due to a large team size.

Advice to Management

Increase the frequency of internal communications and the opportunities to collaborate on new initiatives.
