    Pros

The 9/80 work schedule is the best in the industry. It is very easy to take time off if it is needed on short notice.

    Cons

To many older workers that seem to be stuck in the ways of the past. There is new technologies in our industry that other companies are using and the increased performance is obvious

    Advice to Management

Management needs to find new leaders from the top down. As per the previous line, the work horse are getting to old and need to be put to pasture.

I worked at Marathon Oil full-time

    Pros

Nice people. Collaborative environment. It offers all the perks that come along with working for a large company. Great annual bonuses.

    Cons

Can be long hours. You have to be able to able to handle a certain amount of stress. Just like in most large companies, you are going to have many bosses and at times question your impact to the company's success

    Advice to Management

You are what you are...a big oil company. I would continue to recognize and reward the young talent because they will one day be the innovators who keep you in business.
