It was a Nightmare - Anonymous employee Marble Box Employee Review

Glassdoor is an independent platform where all individuals have the right to express their experience. However, the comments you made are very concerning. At, Marble Box there are about 60 female team members who are presently working. Till date, no such incident has ever been reported. We also have a POSH committee & it was not mentioned to them as well. Many of them have rejoined and are working mother. We will request you to please send your complaint to the organization in detail. If you feel that the organization will not pay heed to this and they will be biased. Our earnest request you to engage government agencies working on this line so that you are given justice & take legal action against Marble Box. However, in case, your claim is found to be untrue and malafide in nature then Marble Box will take all necessary steps including Legal action for defamation & bringing bad repute to the organization & its members.
