      Poor & unethical management Awful senior support Horrible reputation in regards to commission disputes (both in-house & outside agents) Communist-like environment "me first, sell me kids for the right price" attitude and culture Poor tenant relationship

      Friendly people and a pretty easy job.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, poor benefits. A company that wants to be in the new age but is being held back by an old school mentality and the older employees at the properties.
